GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Design

The exterior is constructed from sheet steel finished in easy clean paintwork.

The interior chamber is made from mild steel coated with aluminium heat resisting paint with a stainless steel chamber available as an option.

The chamber has a plate floor for trolley loading but fixed shelf runners and removable wire grid shelves may be fitted.

Heating

Heated by Incoloy sheathed elements positioned in sidewall ducting together with forced air circulation produce a uniform temperature distribution within the chamber complying with present AMS2750D standards.

Controls

Each chamber has its own PID Microprocessor controller, with dual displays of set point and actual temperature that are auto-tuned individually to each unit to optimise the heat up, overshoot and control of temperature.

For safety each chamber has its own policeman overtemperature controller.

Each chamber has its own exhaust, inlet and explosion panel.
